For developers

Publish your game on Gameway in early access.

Upload once, then update in megabytes. Players get a library, friends and invites. You get a developer portal, a command line tool and numbers you can check.

You'll sign in first. Accounts open with an invitation.

How it works

  1. Create a team

Sign in, turn on two-factor authentication and name your team.

  2. Push a build

Install the gw tool and upload your build folder. Data that didn't change is never sent twice.

  3. Go live

Test on a private branch, fill in your store page and submit it for review.

What you get

  • Example

    Small updates

Builds are cut into chunks and stored once. A patch sends and downloads only what changed.

  • Example

    Private branches

    A team-only stable branch, access-code branches for testers, and a one-click rollback.

  • Example

    Friends and invites

A Unity SDK with presence, invites, online passes for dedicated servers and an in-game overlay.

  • Example

    Clear tools

A developer portal with an audit log, roles and a release preview that tells you the download size before you press Set live.

What you need

  • An account with a verified email address
  • An authenticator app for two-factor sign-in
  • A build folder per platform: macOS, Windows or Linux

Developer terms apply. They are a placeholder until the legal texts are published.
